Our mantra is “get comfortable with the uncomfortable.” Through a series of unrelated dares, founder Erin Diehl created improve it!, a unique professional development company that pushes others to laugh, learn, and grow. Our team delivers high-quality experiences at competitive prices that you and your company can feel good about. We’re proud to be a woman-owned and -operated company that started in the Windy City, turned into a national company, and over the course of the pandemic, became an international organization.

While we started in Chicago and have our biggest presence of facilitators in this city, we travel frequently to wherever we are needed. Fun fact: we’ve even been brought in to facilitate events internationally, including workshops in England and Canada. Since the expansion of our offerings on a virtual level in 2020, we’ve also been able to facilitate virtual events on a global scale. To date, we’ve provided laughter and learning to companies in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia!
